ESTATES OPERATIONS MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Dauntsey's School is seeking a proactive, motivated and experienced professional to oversee the efficient management and operation of our estate, ensuring high standards of compliance.

The Estates Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning and implementing a comprehensive programme of maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement across the School's estate. This includes all buildings and facilities ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation while supporting the strategic vison of the School.

The role encompasses the management of the maintenance team, external contractors, home to school transport services and sustainability initiatives to deliver high quality services and ensure the safety, efficiency, and enhancement of the School's operations.
