Purpose:
The role of Trust Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Lead is to lead and oversee the SEND provision across our Trust. The Send Lead will ensure the highest quality of education and support for children with SEND, empowering academy leaders and staff to deliver inclusive and impactful teaching practices.

The role is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction, promoting consistency, and driving improvements in SEND provision across both our primary and secondary settings.
