Responsibilities:
- Respond and handle tickets for Software, hardware, network and telecommunications
- Ensure Service requests are logged accurately
- Administration of company users, access, security and permissions
Experience:
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Windows OS
- MS Office / Office 365 products
