Sales Executive/ Account Manager

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their success.

Duties of the Sales Executive:

• Maintaining and proactively developing existing customer base, both domestically and internationally. Including visits to customers, attending trade exhibitions and network events.
• Using verbal & written methods to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Data input, order processing and monitoring.
• Developing an industry and customer specific knowledge base.

Initial focus will be to support existing customers, as such a successful a candidate will need:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to follow instruction and work within a team.
• Work independently & unsupervised.

Person specification:

• Previous industry knowledge or experience would be desirable however not essential.
• Applicants must have basic computer literacy (Microsoft office or equivalent).
• Minimum grade C in Math’s and English at GCSE level (or equivalent).
