Commercial Property Locum
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of our Local Authority client in the recruitment of a Commercial Property Locum to work on a sales of capital assets project.
Working alongside external solicitors, the successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the sales process and project management between the inhouse team and external lawyers.
Duties will include:
- Obtain all pre-sale queries and title information. Gathering all relevant documents such as deeds to ensure a seamless sales process
- Responsible for the sale sand transfers of assets alongside asset management
This project is expected to last between 6-12 months.
Full and part time hours will be considered.
The client is able to consider a range of experience from NQ or someone returning to work after a break OR an experienced lawyer.
The client will consider both hybrid and remote working options.
