We have extensive experience in all areas of aviation finance and leasing, regularly advising airlines and international financiers and lessors on financing and leasing transactions and portfolio management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the Aviation Finance team to provide support on multiple transactions
- Transaction Management – including corresponding with third parties, overseas counsel, the client and counterparty to progress transactions
- Drafting and reviewing corporate authorities and taking ownership of conditions precedent documentation and delivery
- Arranging for legal searches and filings where necessary
- Monitoring receipt of and indexing hardcopy original documents and transaction bibles
- Co-ordinating DocuSign signing processes
- Preparing reports and basic notes of advice
- There may be an opportunity to work with other transactional teams on an ad-hoc basis
You will develop strong transaction management and administration skills, which will serve you well in your future employment.

Attributes/Skills Required:
- A minimum of 1 years’ paralegal experience - essential
- Experience or interest in asset finance - desirable
- Strong academics, including a law degree or GDL and LPC
- Excellent drafting, presentation and communication skills
- Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Proactive and resilient
- Team player
