In this leadership role, you will guide and support our care team to deliver high-quality care in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring the overall safety and development of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support the care team to ensure effective care delivery.Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Support and facilitate the emotional, social, and educational development of the children.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and growth of each child.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a residential child care setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant qualification in childcare, social work, or a related field.
