The essence of the role
Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to join our dynamic team. The person who will become part of our group will be responsible for sales commission calculation framework.In Sinch, Sales Commissions Manager is a role focused on creation, optimization, and coordination of E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plan issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out. The role is part of Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team and is partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal and other stakeholders across Sinch Group.
You will report to the Director of Sales Incentives and Compensation, who is based in EMEA.
As a Sales Commissions Manager, you will:
- Design and optimize sales commissioning E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plans issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out.
- Be a reliable partner to various regional and global teams and stakeholders for anything related to sales commissions, calculations, SIP issuing etc.
- Work closely with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize, optimize, and create frameworks and processes around sales commissions.
- Ensure that sales commissions are calculated accurately and timely and report on the performance.
- Identify requirements and gaps in data, mechanics, metrics, calculation principles, drive improvements and ensure process efficiency.
- Design global governance framework, approval process, objection management and ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Sales commissioning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work cross functionally internally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various stakeholder teams: Sales Compensation, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, Business IT etc.

Requirements
Who are you?
This role requires strong project management and analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, as well as solid knowledge of sales incentives and compensation.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience, running or being part of a Sales Commission team, FP&A, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Skills: Strong experience with sales compensation and commission principles, financial and business analysis. You have a high attention to detail; you are structured and able to analyse complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Self-starter: You're a go-getter, able to work with little coordination, someone who takes the initiative and steers their work independently. You're not fazed by ambiguity, and you're all about turning the unknown into a clear path. You are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Program Management: Your program management skills are advanced and enable you to coordinate medium to large projects involving data and data outcomes.
- Communication skills: Your verbal and written communication skills are top of the class. Capable of communicating sophisticated information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the multi-functional leadership.
