We specialise in fabricating finished components and recycling residues, serving industries nationwide, such as construction (including specialist trades), interior fit-outs, retail, furniture manufacturing, and the leisure market (including campervan conversions).
Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee operations at our Newport site. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in team leadership or supervision within a similar industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our panel processing and fabrication operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in panel product processing and fabrication.
- Ensure all team members are meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, including training and development.
- Oversee health & safety practices, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with the effective management of recycling residues and materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment, including forklifts (valid Forklift Truck license required).
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve processes and production efficiency.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a similar industry (e.g. construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing).
- Valid Forklift Truck license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Working hours: 7.00am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 6.00am-12.00pm Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
