🔑 Key Requirements:
- Male applicants only, in accordance with a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach to community-based support
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of those in our care

- Provide assistance with daily routines, including meals, appointments, and household tasks

- Maintain accurate and detailed care records, including risk management plans
