1/2 Roofers required to carry out roofing maintenance works for the majority of the time with some re-roofing for 3+ months at £20ph in Manchester.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are maintenance work on roofs, but also includes the occasional re-roofing in Manchester.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 3 months but could be extended.
Benefits- £20 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
- Street Parking
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience as a roofer
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
