Chef De Partie - Primary School Kitchen
Start Date: Monday 17th March 2025, or sooner
Contract: Part time, term time only, five days a week - 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (typically 7:30am to 2:00pm)
Salary: £20,211.86 - £20,495.29 (S1C 2 – 3, full-time equivalent £28,881 - £29,286)

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, hardworking individual with a genuine passion for catering and who understands its pivotal role in school life. The successful applicant will play a vital role within the day-to-day running of the busy kitchen, including responsibilities assisting in preparation, cooking and providing an exception dining experience.
The successful candidate will need to:
- have a passion for food and healthy eating
- be innovative, highly motivated and the ability to work within an established team
- be an effective communicator, engaging appropriately with pupils, other members of the staff team
- have at least 2 years catering experience and relevant Food Safety (Level 2) and Allergen Awareness qualifications
- always maintain and promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
