This role reports to the Head of People. You will be based in our London office in the Kennington area and will be required to be in the office 5-days a week (Mon-Fri), 8.30am to 5.30pm. This is not a hybrid role and requires someone who can commit to being in the office everyday.

Our Office Administrator is essential to helping us achieve great things as you will be facilitating the smooth running of our office administrations and will work across the following core areas:
Office Administration- Keeping the office clean, tidy and well stocked
- Monitoring supply of supplies and placing new orders
- Preparing rooms for important meetings
- Managing incoming post and deliveries
- Supporting employees and visiting clients with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, car hire etc
- Scheduling meetings on behalf of leadership team
- Manage and lead on office facilities changes and maintenance
- Updating key documents including new starters, employee handbook, policies, culture deck
- Supporting with all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Organising employee engagement initiatives such as team lunches and quarterly events
- Social coordinator for official Skyports employee events e.g. Summer and end of year holidays,
- Acting as a point of contact for all employee administrative requests
- Supporting on expenses and ad-hoc finance administration
Requirements
Requirements- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Willing and able to commute to the London office Mon-Fri
- Able to work well with others as well as alone.
- Trustworthy with sensitive/confidential information
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills and EQ
