Part-Time Evening Adult Care Assistants - Car Essential.
Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit a number of new people to join our evening care team. The role will involve visiting clients in their own homes in the evening to assist them with meals, medication, and personal care and to get ready for bed.
We will undertake all training and are happy to recruit staff who are looking to commence a career in Adult Care, or those already experienced.
You will be required to have a UK driving licence + your own car - this is mandatory as we visit clients in their own homes and travel between clients daily.
Benefits Offered:
Hourly rates between £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging with benefits included £14.00 per hour).
Paid travel between clients (some restrictions apply),Travel allowance of £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.
All training requirements are fully paid both workshops and e-learning.
No set shifts - we will work with your availability if possible.
Minimum 1-hour visits - no rushing from client to client,Job offer made at interview.
Essential Requirements:

+ Must live within our franchise boundaries - be local.
+ Must be prepared to work your agreed hours on alternate weekend's.
+ Have the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to offersponsorship or additional hours.
