Locum Principal Childcare Lawyer
£60-65 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced principal childcare lawyer to join them for an initial period of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising dedicated team of child protection lawyers
- Managing a caseload of child protection cases including care proceedings, DOLS, inherent jurisdiction, EPOs
- Advising and representing Children's Services including attending a weekly legal surgery
- Advising strategy and procedure relating to Child Care issues.
- Building highly effective working relationships with clients.
This role offers full-time hours and remote working, although some ad-hoc office attendance may be required.
