Requirement to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week, in order to build trusting relationships with teams, so that quality assurance becomes embedded as part of a positive and supportive culture of improvement.
Key responsibilities include ;- collaborative auditing
- facilitating live audits
- coaching and mentoring
- producing high quality reports and action plans
- delivering bite-sized learning opportunities and supporting our "Care, Inspire, Thrive Children's Workforce Academy" Liverpool are currently adopting the Family Safeguarding Model and we would be particularly keen to welcome applications from practitioners experienced in this model.
