Are you an experienced and passionate teacher looking for a flexible role in Stockport? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Supply Teacher to join our team, working in a range of primary and secondary schools across the area. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, making a positive impact on students’ learning, even on short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering lessons across different subjects and age groups, in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of students.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Ensuring continuity and progress in students’ learning during short-term assignments.
- Reporting back to the school on student progress and any issues that arise during lessons.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary or secondary age groups.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
- Adaptable and confident in managing a range of classroom environments.
- A passion for education and a positive, professional attitude.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one).
