Job Description- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Processing customer accounts and filing documents.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Proven customer service or client service experience in a Charity.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Thorough understanding of the business services industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £28,600.
- A hybrid working model, blending in-office and remote work.
