Job Description

As an interim data privacy solicitor you will:

• Oversee and manage privacy-related issues for clients.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Advise on privacy aspects of business initiatives and projects.
• Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage privacy risks.
• Handle data subject requests and data breaches.
• Train and educate staff on privacy matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on privacy matters as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful interim data privacy solicitor should have:

• A valid practising certificate for England & Wales - Be admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales
• Experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
• Sound knowledge of privacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
