Job Description
This post will deliver an excellent customer experience to all customers of the re-developed and innovative Foundry, whether visiting the Library, taking part in Sport, using the Business Zone or simply relaxing in the Cafe.
The postholder will lead some customer activity (Bookbug etc), support customers in the use of IT and self service and contribute to growing the centres attendances and sales.
You should be friendly with the energy and desire to make the Foundry a success.
