Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team.The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring the efficient operation of the project office and contributing to the successful delivery of the project.
Requirements
Key Activities:
Coordinate and manage project office activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of project documentation, such as reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and other team members, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
Maintain and update project databases and filing systems, ensuring the accurate and timely storage and retrieval of information.
Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new team members, including providing training on office procedures and software tools.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies

Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably within the renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, or similar applications.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document management and data protection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the renewable energy industry
