• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimisation.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for various business units.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

• A relevant CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

• Salary in the region of £45,000.
