The Role

As we expand, we are seeking a versatile HGV Driver / Workshop Assistant to support our technicians and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in the trade—someone equally comfortable driving HGVs and handling light maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present vehicles for HGV/LGV MOT testing
  • Collect and deliver vehicles, drivers, and parts
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including brake testing and vehicle wash-offs

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a dependable and efficient professional who takes pride in their work.

You should have:

  • (Advantageous) NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance or similar
  • A positive, hard-working attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • An HGV licence
  • (Advantagous) PSV or ADR licence
