Cover Supervisor
Schools across Oldham, Chadderton, Failsworth, Royton and Shaw are seeking reliable, adaptable individuals who can step into the classroom and support learning when teachers are absent.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be supervising classes, ensuring pupils stay on task with the work that has already been set. Each day offers variety, giving you the chance to work across different subjects and year groups while building valuable experience within secondary school settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
- Supporting students to stay focused and complete the work set
- Communicating effectively with staff across the school
- Covering a wide range of subjects depending on the school’s needs
