Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Distribution Manager to oversee operations at our client's large distribution warehouse in Leeds, approximately 30,000 square feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Optimise warehouse processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
