This is a great opportunity to work for two well-regarded practices based in Jericho Health Centre. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to work with our expanding team. We are both long-established, friendly practices with a combined patient list of 23,000.

We are based in a new building in Jericho, within walking distance of the city centre. There is parking on site for clinical staff and we are within easy walking distance from the train station and main bus routes.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, patient care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.

Your time will be split working full days at one practice at a time working in conjunction with our Senior Clinical Pharmacist and our Pharmacy Technician. We can offer either full time or part time roles between 15 and 37.5 hours per week

We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
  • - Prescribe medications to patient, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Conduct patient consultations to review medication regimens, provide education on drug therapy, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Utilise anatomy knowledge to assess medication effectiveness and potential side effects.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of pharmaceutical interventions.
  • - Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacist license in United Kingdom
  • Independent Prescriber, with experience of working in Primary care and completed or enrolled onto a CPPE/NHSE pathway.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills for utilising pharmacy software systems.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
