Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality products while adhering to cost and sustainability standards.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit both the organisation and its suppliers.
- Stay ahead of market trends, supply chain risks, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and evaluate new ingredient suppliers to enhance product offerings.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Purchasing Specialist.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
