Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
- Support the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure Customer Service Excellence
- Drive sales through motivation, coaching, and team engagement
- Help manage stock levels, VM standards, and store presentationContribute to the recruitment, training, and development of the team
- Monitor store KPIs and assist with P&L Responsibility
- Champion brand values and maintain high standards at all times
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Manager
- A strong background in premium or luxury retail
- A natural leader who thrives in a team-focused environment
- Confident working to targets and delivering results
