Change Control Manager/QS (Major Belfast Project)

This well-established company is seeking a Change Control Manager/QS for a major multi-million pound project in Belfast.Renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions, they operate across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, life sciences, and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the change control process for the project, including documentation, approval, and implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with change management procedures.
- Review and assess change requests to identify potential impacts on project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate changes and ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all change requests and their status.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on change control processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimise resistance and maximise adoption of changes.
- Conduct impact analyses and risk assessments related to change requests.
- Support the project team in resolving any issues arising from changes.
- Proven expertise as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, particularly in main contracting or MEP
- Sound knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
