Summary Role: The successful candidate will

Key Responsibilities:
- General
Administrative Support:
- Organise meetings and travel
- Prepare and distribute
- Manage incoming calls and
- Handle financial
- Coordinate hospitality and
- Provide support during client
- Assist the Director and Heads
- CRM Data
Management:
- Maintain and update CRM
- Prepare data for CRM system
- Input sales activities,
- Generate CRM-based reports to
- Support with additional duties
to contribute to the team's objectives.
Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communicator with
- Experience handling
- Confident in adopting new
systems like Microsoft CRM and skilled in data management.
