Warehouse Shift Leader - 12 Month FTC

The Warehouse Shift Lead will oversee all areas of a busy warehouse operation within manufacturing whilst proactively leading and developing the team and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and improvements.
• Participate in warehouse equipment and software upgrades.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

• Proven experience in warehouse management in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - this is critical for this role
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A competitive salary package of £42,000 - 46000 basic + 33% shift allowance per annum.
