As a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculumCreate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s academic and emotional development
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, maintaining high expectations for all learner
Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and wider school staff
Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's learning
Participate in school events, training, and wider school life
The ideal candidate will have:
UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTSA good understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early childhood pedagogy
Experience working with young children, including through placements or previous roles
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
The right to work in the UK
