The Product Assurance Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Product Assurance processes; all our products need to attain a Product Assurance level to ensure they meet a required standard as expected by our customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring the process is kept up to date, all our products are regularly monitored and assessed, scores are updated and mitigation or resolution steps are agreed and tracked.
You will work closely with our Product Owners and development teams to ensure their focus remains on the Product Assurance scores and to help them understand the need for excellent scores at all times.
What will your day look like: Regularly and consistently review the Product Assurance process to ensure it remains relevant.
Ensure the process is maintained and adhered to by the Product Teams, ensuring reviews and goals are achieved in line with the schedules.Draft any amendments to the Product Assurance Process and propose to the Audit & Risk Officer for discussion/sign off.
Work collaboratively with the development teams with regards to their approach, attitude and assessment of product assurance.
Ensure the Product Assurance scorecard is kept up to date.
Provide administrative support on Product Assurance activities.
Prepare and present reporting for stakeholders in relation to Product Assurance management.
Produce and maintain accurate records.
Effectively communicate amendments and updates to stakeholders.
Provide ad-hoc support for other areas of IT governance such as risk and audit.
Knowledge and Abilities: You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic that can work with limited supervision.
You should have good analytical skills.
You must have excellent organisational skillsYou will be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal.
You will be co-operative, collaborative, and work toward common goal with others.
Show a highly committed attitude.
You must be methodical and accurate, showing great attention to detail.
You should be open and inclusive approach willing and able to interact internally and externally and at all levels within the company.
