Salary £ 60 000 - £ 65 000 negotiable dependant on experience plus package including- Pension Benefits

Summary
A successful family-owned international construction company is looking to take on an experienced Temporary Works Designer to join their dynamic collaborative in house team and working on exciting projects across a variety of sectors including but not limited to civil engineering basement construction frame construction data life sciences commercial marine and rail
You will be- Responsible for the preparation and review of detailed technical designs for temporary works (including calculations drawings risk assessments and design certificates
- Proposing and or developing value engineered alternative solutions (during tender or construction phases)
- Liaising with Temporary Works Coordinators Project Teams Subcontractors Technical Office Team and Suppliers
- Developing instigating and maintaining processes procedures and standards for technical design
- Currently or aspiring to be a Chartered Engineer
Joining an international team who are collaboratively breaking new ground by transforming temporary works designs you will be a strong decision maker with logical methodology
You will have- Completed a third level structural civil or design engineering qualification
- A minimum of 5 years experience in design engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in Geotech Concrete Steel Construction or Temporary Works Design Engineering
