A large retailer in Manchester is looking for their next IT Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to come in and head up the management of key business systems and lead a small, dedicated IT support team to ensure seamless operations across the business.They've gone through a period of rapid growth which is set to accelerate in 2025, making this the perfect time to join them.

The Role:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures
- Liaise with third-party providers for support and development.
- Provide technical support, training, and act as the subject matter expert for key platforms
- Oversee system administration, upgrades, and ensure software security and compliance.
- Provide management and support to a small team of IT Technicians
About you:
- Experience managing business systems, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and leveraging technology for improvement.
- Proven ability to manage technology projects from selection through to optimisation.
- Experience in team leadership and delivering end-user training.
- Familiarity with Sage 200, Linnworks, or Peoplevox would be a bonus!
- Please note that this role is 5 days on site, and you must have permanent UK residency
