Director of Finance and Resources. £65,000 - £70,000 Salary28 days Annual LeaveHybrid working ( 3 days in the office) My Client is a Not For Profit organisation based in central London.£4 million income.You will be sitting on the Executive Team and lead the strategy and delivery of finance, HR, IT/systems and office services.You will be a qualified accountant, brilliant at both systems and people management, looking for a senior, broad and very much "sleeves rolled up" role.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:* Financial strategy and service delivery.
Working with the Finance Manager, but personally producing the Business Plan, Statutory Accounts and the monthly Management Accounts.* People strategy and service delivery. Working with the HR Manager, but personally producing the People Plan as part of the Business Plan.* IT hardware & systems strategy and service delivery.The client is looking for Candidates with:* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA), ideally with prior experience at Director level.* Proven excellent team and service leadership for at least 5 years that includes but is not limited to finance.* Excellent range of management skills, including resource planning, communication and attention to detail.* Ability to work in a busy agile environment, to be proactive and fast-paced while always ensuring results are achieved.* Ability to be diplomatic, able to act with confidence and integrity in all situations while influencing others.
