we have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our busy team in cannock out patients.
We have a 28 roomed multi-specialised department, which is open Monday to Friday 8-6.
We have 22.5 hours per week available, worked flexibly between monday and friday.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a caring compassionate personality and a desire to help others.
You will be dealing with members of the public on a daily basis so a cheerful helpful disposition would be an advantage.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Booking patients in and out of the department.
Making further appointments/ adding to waiting lists as required.
Completing back office functions / administrative duties when needed.
Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries.
Helping colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Liaising with Consultants and other staff

Essential criteria- Previous experience of a receptionist role in an NHS setting
- previous experience as a receptionist in any role
