What’s the Role About?
As a National Operations Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of project success. From coordinating schedules and resources to managing field engineers and liaising with clients, your organizational finesse and leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to impeccable standards.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, engineering, and installations) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors) to make things happen—right the first time!
What Will You Do?- Plan Like a Pro: Create detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate Excellence: Oversee initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously.

- Detail-Oriented Doer: Interpret schematics, survey reports, and bills of materials to ensure smooth execution.
- Hands-On Leadership: Oversee site visits, schedule field teams, and provide thorough project briefings.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in technology, engineering, or transportation.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for breaking down complex tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification.
