The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and

talented Art Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire
students to express themselves through various art forms and help them develop

an appreciation for visual arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and
creative art lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning
styles.
  • Develop and implement a
curriculum that covers various aspects of art, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media.
  • Encourage students to explore
their creativity and express themselves through art.
  • Assess and monitor student
progress, providing constructive feedback and setting challenging goals.
  • Create a stimulating and
inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for the arts.
  • Organize and display student
artwork within the school and participate in art exhibitions and
competitions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues

to enhance the art curriculum and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Art, Fine Arts,
Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification and
experience in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and
a passion for art and art education.
  • Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and
motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous
professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest

educational trends and technologies.
