Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Providing comprehensive support to the CEO.
- Organising and maintaining complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating international travel arrangements and managing expenses.
- Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and reports.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Executive Assistant will have:
- Previous experience working as an EA to CEO.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experienced in liaising with board members and investors.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
- Prior experience working at a PLC is highly desirable.
