This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for quality, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact during audits, ensuring the business is always prepared and compliant.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, implementing effective solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Support and mentor the technical and hygiene teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a technical/quality management role in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and audit processes.
- Leadership skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
