Job Overview

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service.

• Order Prep：Pre-pick workshop parts, pick customer orders, and check stock availability per enquiries.
• Sales & Customer Service：Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins; build relationships via product knowledge and strong first impressions.
• Stock Control：Replenish consumables/service parts regularly for quick service to workshop, departments, and trade/retail clients.
• Process warranty claims (parts-related) and complete admin (customer records, invoicing) promptly and accurately.

• Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
• Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
• Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
• Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable.
