Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school within a Reception / EYFS setting this September.

The Role:You will be working closely with the class teacher to support children aged 4–5, assisting with phonics, early numeracy, and creative play-based learning. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where every child feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support within Reception
- Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
- Support children with additional learning needs where required
- Help create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (EYFS experience highly desirable)
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and child development
