We have been commissioned to deliver the anaesthetic aspect of the regional maternal medicine service, we are unique in having job planned time for regional MDT. SKILLS and ABILITY Experience of a management role Leadership skills appropriate to effecting change Builds a strong and effective relationship with patients, relatives and colleagues Ability to gain confidence and trust Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to change Actively encourages research with junior and other staff
