We have partnered with an inclusive and caring primary school in Liverpool, L14, is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, adapting learning activities to meet their individual needs.
- Assist the class teacher in developing and implementing tailored strategies and interventions.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence, independence, and engagement.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:- Has experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a school setting.
- Holds a relevant qualification ( Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent).
- Is compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting the well-being of every child.
- Has excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to supporting learning.
