Training and development Early into your tenure, you will collaborate with your manager to map out a tailored personal development plan.
This blueprint will outline the specific training and developmental objectives to be achieved through practical involvement as well as specialised training delivered by both internal and external facilitators.
Training possibilities include, but are not limited to:- Investment Management Certificate (IMC) accreditation
- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and negotiation techniques From the start of our programme, you will directly experience and contribute to our pivotal weekly Investment Team meetings, where all the most important decisions about the portfolio are discussed and debated.

- Possess an undergraduate or Master's degree achieving at least a second-class honours (2:2) or its international equivalent.
- Are a recent graduate, or you are scheduled to graduate between 2023 and 2025.
- Can commence employment from 9 September 2025.
- Eligible to work in the UK, with necessary visa arrangements in place, provided the current visa remains valid until at least September 9, 2025.
