Working alongside a network of professionals, you will provide support for children living with relatives, foster families, prospective adopters, in children's homes, or in semi-independent units. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular statutory visits

  • A solid understanding of statutory legislation, including the Children Act
  • Strong planning skills to assess, review, and support children's needs
  • Experience in managing an allocated caseload
  • A commitment to ensuring children and young people live safe, happy, and successful lives

Candidates who qualified after 2012 must have completed their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). The ability to work from the office at least three days per week is essential.

Why Join?

Our client offers a supportive and engaging work environment with a range of benefits, including:

  • 29 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus an extra day off in your birthday month
  • Flexible working options for a balanced work-life experience
  • Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
  • Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme
  • Access to staff benefits and discounts
