Warehouse Admin

Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00PM - 22:00PM

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented warehouse admin/ operative to join our team at our logistics facility in Corby. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient management of inventory, orders, and logistics documentation.When not busy you will be required to go on shopfloor and help with picking and packing, so this is will be hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and organizing warehouse inventory and stock levels.
• Input and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Picking, Packing
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and data entry.
• Ensure that all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
