Working as an experienced Support Worker as part of the wider Home and Assisted Discharge Team. Based from one site in Peterborough but supporting service users in their own homes
THIS ROLE REQUIRES NO PERSONAL CARE OR MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION BUT CAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL

A registered charity who have supported those in crisis in the UK and overseas for over 150 years.
Description- Working as part of the wider MDT
- Supporting the At Home and Assisted Discharge Team
- Supporting services users who are being discharged from hospital into their own homes
- Complete and Follow Support Plans
- Provide practical and emotional support
- Based from one site in PE3 with visits in the Peterborough area to support service users in their own home
- Experienced as a Support Worker
- Can work as part of a team but also be confident working alone
- Basic IT Skills
- CAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
- Client will arrange for you to complete their mandatory training
- This role is subject to an Enhanced Adult DBS (which can be applied for if required)
- Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
- Occasional weekends
- 6 Week Contract which may be extended
- Starting 7 October
- £12/Hour paid weekly
