Hours: Full-time (7.00am–2.00 pm and 5.00 pm–10.00 pm)
Shift Pattern: A mixture of mornings and evenings, including every other weekend
Salary: £14.00

We are currently recruiting for full-time Care Assistants to join our existing teams in Berkeley and Surrounding areasAbout the role:
As a community support worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and engage directly with our wider community. You will make a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
What you will be doing: Supporting Individuals in their own homes to regain their Independence following a hospital stay.
This will include personal care, including assisting clients with washing and dressingMedication support
Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Shopping
Housekeeping
Meal Preparation
Taking candidates for appointments or outings
What we need from you: full driving licence and access to own vehicle are desirable for this position.
Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenBe a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Genuine passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference.

Have zero tolerance for all forms of abuse
flexible approach to your working hours, as Saturday and Sunday working is required
